parsers, pricing engines, trading systems, back-office — is not a derivative of
this specification and is not governed by this license; it may be kept fully
proprietary. Any reference tooling published under the OpenBook name (validators,
conformance suites, reference adapters) will be released separately under the
Apache License 2.0.
